Our story began in 2005 with a simple mission: to help small and medium-sized businesses thrive in the ever-evolving world of technology. Back then, navigating the digital landscape was like charting unknown territory, and many companies found themselves lost in the maze.
That's when we stepped in. Instead of burdening themselves with a full-time IT person, businesses discovered it much simpler to rely on our dedicated team of tech enthusiasts. For over 10 years we weren't just problem solvers; we became trusted allies, weaving friendships along the way. And let's not forget the perk of being invited to all those festive Christmas parties – talk about spreading holiday cheer!
From managing IT services to upgrading systems, we were always ahead of the curve. Remember the days of Windows Small Business Server, Windows 2000, Windows 7, and clunky hardware? Yeah, we were right there, embracing every technological leap.
But life had its twists and turns. A move away from Illinois meant bidding farewell to our beloved clients. It was a tough goodbye, but distance couldn't sever the ties we'd forged. We stayed connected, proving that true friendships withstand any distance. More and more of our former clients reached out to us on advice with various projects after we left. This made us realize how much we missed everything. This was our cue to dive back in and assist businesses in simplifying, securing, and modernizing their tech setups.
Fast forward to today, and the rise of remote work and Cloud technologies has reshaped everything. With the advent of cloud computing, we knew our clients needed to be ready – and we were determined to get them there. It has been great to be home again.
