regarding the excellent service I received from your company. I was very
frustrated and at my wits end when I called you because I had already spent $285
with Best Buy’s geek squad only to find that my computer was still not fixed to
my satisfaction and I could not locate any of my data. Your BTS technician came
out to my house and was able to reconfigure things to the way I had them before
going to Best Buy. He was very knowledgeable and even after he left I had more
questions and he was able to connect to my computer over the Internet and help
me through them.
This was so much more
convenient then packing up the computer and taking it to Best Buy and then
waiting 10 business days for them to call me back. Not only was your service
better, the cost was much more reasonable too. I am sold on Blair Technology

First I want
to say Thank You again, Steve. My computer is running even BETTER than before.
About 3 months ago my computer got a virus and I lost everything (now I know the
importance of backing up the hard drive). After 3 days of talking with
the India reps, I was in tears. I couldn't believe my level of frustration. I
know nothing about installing operating systems and making them run correctly
but that's exactly what I ended up doing. Obviously, the running correctly part
didn't work because you had a lot of problems to clean up per the invoice
descriptions. Anyway, when your card came in the mail and the lady was crying
holding the computer I said, "that's me!". Needless to say, I filed that card
away like it was gold. I am so glad I did.
